Nutrient Atlas
What’s inside the food, and where it works in the body.
We created the Nutrient Atlas to help you understand what’s in food and how nutrients support the body. Explore the connections between nutrients, body systems, and the foods that provide them.
We’re beginning with eight body systems to make these connections easier to explore. The body has other systems too, and their functions overlap. This is our current focus, and we’ll expand the Atlas as more material is researched and reviewed.
The Nutrient Atlas is a living database. We’ll continue adding foods, expanding explanations, and updating information as we review sources and develop UCFarms. Version 1.0, content last updated . See what’s new
