Nutrient Atlas
What’s new
The Nutrient Atlas is a living database. We’ll continue adding foods, expanding explanations, and updating information as we review sources and develop UCFarms.
Current version 1.0, content last updated November 8, 2026. Updates are published as reviewed releases: each change is checked against its sources before it goes live. Nothing here updates automatically.
Published
Version 1.0: First public release
- Eight body systems on one body map, including Skin, with the nutrients that take part in each and how.
- Thirteen nutrients and compounds, each explained in six short sections: what it does, where it works, storage, shortfall, foods and sources.
- Glass charts comparing UCFarms crops per 100 g raw, using USDA reference foods, not measurements of our own harvests.
- Every connection and amount linked to its source.
In development
Not published yet. These are plans, not information you can rely on today.
- Reference profiles for the crops still under review (lettuce, mint, the microgreens, pea shoots, king oyster, lion’s mane and lemon balm).
- Nutrient measurements of UCFarms produce, once harvesting and lab testing begin. They will be labelled as our own results and kept separate from USDA reference data.
- More body systems and more nutrients, as material is researched and reviewed.
The Atlas explains how nutrients work in the body using published reference data. It does not measure anyone’s nutrient levels or organ health. Spotted something that needs a second look? Contact us.
